Zen Supplement GABA L-theanine
200 mg of Zen offers a unique and natural path to calmness, day or night. This formula contains a combination of L-theanine and GABA. L-theanine is found in green tea (Camellia sinensis) and has been shown to support the production of alpha-wave activity in the brain. Two capsules provide 200 mg of L-theanine and 550 mg of GABA.
Suggested use:
